Central Car Auctions has been making buying and selling used vehicles easy since 1965. It all started with a family-run auction house in Glasgow’s Gallowgate area before the business developed and expanded to become what it is today – Scotland’s leading vehicle auction facility.
Where are we now?
Since opening our first auction house nearly 60 years ago, it’s been quite a journey!
Today, we host fifteen live auctions every week, both online and in person, at our Glasgow site, with thousands of vehicles available to bid on. Whether you’re looking for budget cars or prestige SUVs, we offer stock to suit every dealer’s needs – so you can fill your forecourt with the stock that your customers want most. Plus, all our vehicles are NAMA graded, so you can buy with confidence.
Over the last few years, we’ve continued to grow, opening a new site in Birtley, Newcastle, in 2023, and expanding further in England with our Lingfield and Stafford sites, which opened in 2024.
